Unreliable and noisy

After a few months of use, this machine became increasingly loud and the coffee started coming out slower. It eventually died just shy of a year of use. Despite the supposed good reputation of the brand, I won't be purchasing this machine again.

Surprisingly awesome cold coffee

I have to admit, the coffee maker I purchased wasn't my top pick, but I'm glad it was recommended to me by friendly staff online store. The price was reasonable, and it's user friendly. I prchased it as presnt my spouse, but I couldn't wait holidays to give it to him. I opened it and prepared him batch of chilled coffee immediately, and he truly adores it!
