I have had this coffee maker since August, and it has all the functions I like, like a “brew later” setting, plus the convenience of a pod (keurig style). I had to deal with Gourmia customer service over a minor issue, and I can also say their customer service is unbelievable. The coffee is good and strong and the basket is the only one I have used that filters coffee well without grit or sludge coming through to the reservoir. I highly recommend..
