You've been warned

I've never been one to complain but I have a lot of complaints about this product. The buttons are so poorly designed that using them is infurating. I've tried every possible way to press them but they just don't work properly. Even replacing the unit might not solve the issue, according to other reviews. The cooking times recommended by manual are also completely off. Moreover, overall engineering of this product is terrible. Checking temperature and cleaning up after cooking is a messy and inconvenient process. I'm extremely disappointed with this product.

Still love this air fryer.

Disappointed with the condition

Believe this product was previously used, even though it was supposed to be new. There were signs like the break in procedure alredy being done and torn plastic covering on power cord. As someone with limited mobility, it's difficult for me to return it, so I'll just make do. At least warranty is in place.
