Have been using this device for two years my small home. It cooks exceptionally well, every time. However, door closing mechanism starts to have problems when attempting to close it. This recent time it just wouldn't close and I ended up bending metal parts that enable doors to open same time. Eventually, I took out both of the metal pieces and allowed doors to swing freely. It might not look as fashionable, but oh boy this item can certainly cook.
